How does our Low Price Guarantee work ?

In order to get your price difference refund and/or for us to match the price we need the following from you:  

- Your order number (if you already have placed your order).
- The web site address where you found the lower price (we match the actual selling price before taxes or shipping charges are added).  
- The item name, ID, or Sku number at the competitor's web site.
 
After you e-mail us this information one of our customer service representatives will verify the competitor's lower price and if applicable will issue you a refund of the difference to the original form of payment within 14 business days.  If you haven't place your order yet we will contact you back after verifying the information and will match the price.   

What type of product qualifies for our Low Price Guarantee ?

- The product must be an exact match to the one carried on our web site, be in stock, and available for purchase at the other web site.  
- Promotional codes or other discounts from the other web site will not be included in determining the price difference. 
- The competitor's product must be new and in its original packing. 
- The competitor's can not be an auction site. 
- Does not apply to wholesale or group sale orders.
- Does not apply to items on other web sites designated as "Clearance", "Blowout", "Closeout", or any similar variation.
